Yi yi bought us a new set of PJs for CNY.. Thanks Yi...My cheeky monkey threw a wooden block at his cousin today and she got a big bak lu ku plus a cut on her forehead.. Haiz :( I was worried and felt very sorry for her. But at the same time, i felt very helpless as this is the stage where he doesn't really understand anything even if i discipline him..
So in the end, all i could do was to say countless sorrys to her and her parents.. :(
What really upset me was not so much the injury but instead hearing someone say:" This boy.. haiz.. is terrible, someone should really disciplined him.. he's really terrible!!" My heart really ache hearing someone say my son is terrible.. I wanted to ask him.. how could he be terrible when he's only 16 mths old? It was an accident. I'm not trying to find excuse for what my son did but at this age, playing together could cause accident right? I guess, as a mother, hearing someone say my child is terrible, really hurt.. So for me now is to watch my son well and make sure accidents like this does not happen again..
